This Italian restaurant, run by a chef from Shinshiro, serves a luxurious breakfast using local ingredients.

This luxurious breakfast includes two eggs Benedict and bagna cauda.

Muffins baked in-house are topped with bacon, locally grown lettuce, and poached eggs, and seasoned with a special hollandaise sauce.

When you cut into the muffin, the yolk melts... The sour sauce goes perfectly with the mellow egg.

The vegetables for the bagna cauda are also locally grown. A daily dessert is also included in the set.
