Navy SEAL Chadd Wright hosts the annual 3 of 7 Project Trail Race. This is a grueling 8-hour race of rough terrain and steep elevation. Hundreds of athletes compete to test their physical endurance and mental fortitude in this intense 8-hour race.
Born and raised in the mountains of northwest Georgia, Chadd joined the Navy and went on to have a successful career in the SEAL teams serving as a Team Leader on multiple deployments, a SEAL instructor and Master Training Specialist. Retiring in 2019, he is now a part-time defense contractor, business owner, entrepreneur, and competitive Ultrarunner.
