Italian Yakitori (1-2 servings)

[Ingredients]

1 chicken thigh

Avocado 1 piece
・Mixed leaves (your favorite salad) 1 bag
・Garlic                  1/2 clove
・Rosemary                  1/3 stalk
・Salt                  a little
・Pepper                  a little
・Olive oil                  1 teaspoon
・Lemon               1/2 piece

[How to make]
1. Soak vegetables cut into the same shape in water and put them in the refrigerator for 5-10 minutes

2. Cut the tendons and thick parts of the chicken and cut them to the same thickness as much as possible

3. Sprinkle with Hibiki-o (or salt and pepper) and press lightly with your hands

4. Slice the garlic in half

5. Finely chop the rosemary

6. Slice the chicken between the meat and skin Stuff the chicken evenly with the grated garlic and rosemary.

⑦ Place the chicken skin side down in a frying pan, pour olive oil over it, and turn on the heat to medium.

⑧ Sprinkle Hibiki-oh on the chicken and a little salt. (If you don't have Hibiki-oh, add salt and pepper at this point.)

11 Cut the avocado to your desired size.

12 Turn off the heat when the chicken is cooked through.

13 Place the mixed leaves and avocado in a bowl and pour the chicken juices over it.

14 Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and arrange in a bowl.

15 Finally, add lemon, olive oil, and pepper in appropriate amounts and it's done!
