Bosses of Mass Destruction is an amazing Minecraft mod. Its goal is to add new structures, each one with its own unique boss, with unique rewards.
This mod is available for Forge and Fabric
There are four bosses in total: The Night Lich, The Void Blossom, The Nether Gauntlet and The Obsidilith
