Please do this in conjunction with the exercises in "Part 1" and "Part 2" from the previous time and the day before last.
① Until you can do it, concentrate only on your knees when jumping.
② Once you are able to do this, bend and straighten your knees while creating a spike form in the posture immediately after jumping.
③Once you get used to the movement, actually swing your arm.
④ Take a video of yourself and check.
If you can't do it, go back to steps 1 and 2 and practice carefully.
It's super important to see your movements in action when shooting a video.
Most people who are unable to improve their form are due to not being able to accurately recognize their own condition. Even if it's a hassle, practice carefully by recording videos with your smartphone many times until you get used to the movements.
*I'm not a volleyball player, but a trainer, so I'm bad at volleyball. Please consider my sample as a reference only.
