राहुल गांधी ने पुणे की विशेष एमपी/एमएलए कोर्ट में एप्लीकेशन दाखिल की है कि उनके खिलाफ सावरकर मानहानि मामले में चल रहे केस को ‘समरी ट्रायल’ से ‘समन ट्रायल’ में कन्वर्ट कर दिया जाए और साथ ही मामले की सुनवाई की लाइव स्ट्रीमिंग की जाए।
गौरतलब है कि राहुल गाँधी के पर विनायक सावरकर के खिलाफ कथित अपमानजनक टिप्पणी करने के मामले में मानहानि का केस चल रहा है।
अब प्रश्न उठता है कि क्या होता है ‘समरी ट्रायल’ और ‘समन ट्रायल’? दूसरा बड़ा सवाल ये है कि मामले की लाइव स्ट्रीमिंग से राहुल गाँधी को क्या फायदा होगा?




Rahul Gandhi has filed an application in the special MP/MLA court of Pune that the ongoing case against him in the Savarkar defamation case be converted from 'summary trial' to 'summon trial' and the hearing of the case be live streamed.

It is worth noting that a defamation case is going on against Rahul Gandhi for making alleged derogatory remarks against Vinayak Savarkar.

Now the question arises that what is 'summary trial' and 'summon trial'? The second big question is that how will Rahul Gandhi benefit from live streaming of the case?
