At an event at the University of Wisconsin–Madison on Thursday, March 6, 2025, industry leaders, a volunteer research participant and leaders and researchers from the Universities of Wisconsin, UW–Madison, and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee discussed the importance of federally funded health research and its impact across Wisconsin. They talk about critical research into Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias and the role Wisconsinites are playing in seeking ways to combat debilitating diseases.
