In this repair guide, we will show you step by step how to replace the defective Taptic Engine yourself. You can expect numerous detail shots and exact information so that you know exactly how to proceed with the repair of the vibration engine.

Repair time: approx. 45 - 60 min
Difficulty: rather hard

Recommended tools: Phillips screwdriver, Standoff screw driver, Y-Type screwdriver, Pentalobe screwdriver, flat picks, suction cup, spudger, hot air tool (you can get it here: amzn.to/2nMBZPP *) and ESD tweezers.
