I've received many comments saying that my videos have helped people focus on their studies and work. I'm so glad to be of help, but it also breaks my heart to know that so many people are struggling with noisy environments.

I hope this video can help you focus on your studies or personal time without being bothered by surrounding noise. It might also be useful for those who are highly sensitive (HSP) or have auditory hypersensitivity, as well as for those who want to improve their sleep.

I called it 'the ultimate focused environment,' but to be honest, I'm a bit embarrassed about that.
Everyone perceives sound differently, so I've created videos with various frequencies to accommodate different types of noise. Please find the frequency that best suits your environment.
Other frequencies can be found here:

I recommend using noise-canceling earphones or headphones for the best listening experience (see additional notes).
If the volume is too high, you may feel tired, and if you increase the volume but can still hear the noise, it means that the frequency doesn't match. In that case, please try a video with a different frequency.

Your mental and physical health are the most important things. Please protect your mind by blocking out unwanted sounds.

Additional Notes: About Noise Cancellation

The term "noise cancellation" is generally used to mean "eliminating sound," but strictly speaking, it refers to "canceling out specific frequencies with sounds of the opposite phase."
Noise-canceling earphones pick up ambient noise with a microphone and emit a sound with the opposite phase from the speaker to cancel out the noise.

There are two main types of noise-canceling technology:

Active Noise Cancellation (ANC): This technology uses a microphone to pick up ambient noise and emits a sound with the opposite phase from the speaker to cancel out the noise. It is used in noise-canceling earphones and headphones.
Passive Noise Cancellation (PNC): This technology uses physical soundproofing materials such as earplugs and earpads to block sound. It physically blocks sound through earpieces that fit the shape of the ear and a tightly sealed housing.
I believe that listening to specific frequencies with noise-canceling earphones in my videos combines both ANC and PNC. So, when listening with regular earphones or speakers, it's called sound masking, but when listening with noise-canceling earphones, it's called noise-canceling sound masking. However, since I'm processing natural sounds to create frequencies, should I call it nature sound noise-canceling sound masking? lol
