Pokemon ROM-hacks have been around for over 2 decades now. Ever since Pokemon Brown was released in 2004, fans have been obsessed with playing and making them. So to celebrate that, I'll be taking a look at what I believe to be the best one of each year.
But make sure you watch until the end of each segment, because I'll be scoring them on how playable they are in 2025. That way you'll be able to walk away from this video with a ton of new hacks to play!
