इस फ्रीडम ऑफ़ स्पीच पर लगाम कसने वाला कानून भी भारत में मौजूद है लेकिन जिस तरह एकनाथ शिंदे पर टिप्पणी करने के बाद शिवसैनिकों ने रिएक्ट किया वो सही नहीं है भारत में हर नागरिक को हमारे संविधान ने आर्टिकल 19(1) (A) के तहत फ्रीडम ऑफ़ स्पीच एंड एक्प्रेशन का अधिकार देता है| मतलब भारत के हर नागरिक को अपनी बात कहने का पूरा अधिकार है|




There is a law in India to curb this freedom of speech, but the way Shiv Sainiks reacted after the comment on Eknath Shinde is not right. Our Constitution gives every citizen the right to freedom of speech and expression under Article 19 (1) (A). It means that every citizen of India has the full right to express his views.
