TRUST

One of the primary objectives of any Law enforcement or Military agency is the protection of our community. It’s a responsibility that weighs heavy for those that choose to serve.

It’s also an honour and a privilege for those that dedicate their lives to the cause. There is no greater reward than knowing the people you’re sworn to protect, trust you to do what’s required when the time comes.

There are situations when the resolve of those in uniform will be tested, both overseas and domestically. It’s in these moments that the professionals must gravitate to threat alongside their team mates. The skills can be taught and the experience will guide but the glue that allows this to be successful is trust.

Trust in one another, in those to your left and right. Because when it really comes down to it. They are you have. It takes hours, weeks, days, years to build this bond. But once it’s there, it’s an unbreakable force.
