Physiotherapist Adam Smith-Connor describes what the unhappy triad is and treatment following injury. The unhappy triad can happen to skiiers when their ski bindings fail to unclip during a fall. In severe cases this can result in tears to the knee medial collateral ligament, anterior cruciate ligament and medial meniscus.
