In this video, I talk about my insights about how to journal for wellbeing, reflection and clarity. Journaling if done regularly can be a very meditative process and I deeply recommend trying it!!

I’m still experimenting with different video styles so apologies for the bizarre facial expressions and cuts - just didn’t have enough videos to fill in the voiceover so used a lot of random bloopers 🤣. Let me know if you enjoy this style.
