be content with a quiet life

I had a very slow morning. Made some bread and honey cinnamon butter. And did some chores that needed to be done. Most of my days look like this and I love it. Life doesn't need to be fast moving and exciting all the time. Just be present and enjoy what you have. :)

For my sourdough bread I use- 90g starter, 385g water, & 520g bread flour.
I follow this tutorial: www.feastingathome.com/sourdough-bread/

Homemade butter- Heavy whipping cream & you just mix until it all clumps together and separates from the buttermilk. Squeeze out all the milk and put in an ice bath so it doesn't melt. Then mix in whatever you like! I used honey and cinnamon (no measurement)
