hi everyone, i'll do the recipe test for you. 😊 this recipe is from YUMMY.ph. i'm using this recipe for years na din po. pwede din sa cake po. 😊❤

yield: 22 pcs 3 oz cupcakes

Vanilla Cupcakes
1 c all purpose flour
** 2 c cake flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 c unsalted butter (i used baker's best margarine)
1 3/4 cup sugar
4 eggs, separated
2 teaspoon vanilla
1 c fresh milk

** for cake flour substitute : 1 3/4 c all purpose flour plus (+) 1/4 c cornstarch - mix well / sift at least 3 times.
