Langue De Chat Recipe | Cat's Tongue Cookies | Lidah Kucing

Another easy cookie recipe called langue de chat in French. It literally means cat's tongue because of its traditional shape of being thin and long. But here these crispy cookies are made into a round shape. If you have leftover egg white from other recipes, this recipe will come in handy for that.

*1 tbsp = 15 ml

70 g (5 tbsp) unsalted butter
70 g (½ cup+2 tbsp) powdered / icing sugar
2 large egg white
½ tsp vanilla extract
70 g (½ cup) all-purpose flour
