Supreme Court on Waqf Act: सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme Court) में वक्फ संशोधन (Waqf Act) अधिनियम पर सुनवाई के दूसरे दिन केंद्र सरकार ने एक तीखा और निर्णायक रुख अपनाया. देश के सॉलिसिटर जनरल तुषार मेहता (Tushar Mehta) ने बेहद स्पष्ट और दो-टूक शब्दों में अदालत से कहा कि वक्फ के नाम पर अब जमीनें हड़पने का दौर खत्म होना चाहिए. उन्होंने साफ कहा कि वक्फ इस्लाम का धार्मिक सिद्धांत हो सकता है, लेकिन यह इस्लाम का अनिवार्य हिस्सा नहीं है. यानी इसे धर्म की आड़ में किसी भी कीमत पर बचाव योग्य नहीं माना जा सकता. पूरी रिपोर्ट देखिये ‪@ionbharat‬ पर
