Amazon sells a brand that is made in China. I have one. Not as nice as this though, but works well. The Amazon one is made out of the same metal that is used for curtain rods to hang curtains in the US. Very thin metal. The biggest issue with them is the packaging. Some cardboard on each end and everything wrapped in plastic. A lot of reviews say the racks are delivered with bent tubes. That was my biggest fear when I bought mine. I got lucky and everything was fine. I immediately skipped to end of this video and was pleased to see everything is in a sturdy box.
I visited the web sites provided. The prices in won converted to USD are very reasonable for the quality shown in the video.
