To do this use this workshop code: J4X71 and then go to settings in the custom game lobby, click workshop, open up the rule and select the action that changes your hero and set it to any hero you want to try. Then start the game and press interact to swap into the desired hero.

ALSO how to achieve +165% attack speed fan the hammer choose Cassidy
Get all of the items for attack speed (including the +10% on the ability page)
then go on Kiriko and get the power for "Supported Shooting", the item "Talisman of Velocity", and use her Ultimate on Cassidy, heal him, and suzu him to give him all the extra attack speed.
