Hundreds of cars and semi trucks are stranded in Ripley, NY near the state line with PA due to extreme lake effect snow. Interstate 90 is closed, people are trapped on the interstate as well as Highway 20 and nearly every back road in the area. Many #trucker are jackknifed, cars stuck or slid off the road. Crews work to clear the snow to try and free the stranded cars.
