This is a curated list of beloved and popular yatai (food stalls) in Fukuoka that I have previously filmed. These yatai are cherished by both locals and foreign visitors alike.

A Tribute to Yatai Mori
I recently learned that the owner of Yatai Mori, a popular tempura stall in Nakasu that I had planned to feature in a video, passed away at the end of last year. This yatai holds a special place in my heart as it was where I first experienced the warmth and hospitality of Fukuoka's yatai culture as a newcomer to the city. The owner, who had a deep love for Fukuoka, kindly shared many of the city's charms with me. I will always remember this yatai fondly. My heartfelt condolences go out to the owner's family and friends.
