LIVE: Diddy Trial, Kid Cudi expected to testify along with other witnesses

On Tuesday, prosecutors plan to call Capricorn Clark, Combs’ former assistant and marketing team member.
They also expect to call witnesses from the Los Angeles police and fire departments. The jury is dismissed, and the trial will resume on Tuesday, 5/27. Court will be closed tomorrow, Friday 5/23, and on Memorial Day, Monday 5/26.

Joshua Croft, Homeland Security computer forensics agent:
Croft testified he extracted data from three of Cassie Ventura’s laptops—one wiped, one with a “Frank Black” user profile, and one too damaged to power on.

Frédéric Zemmour, L’Ermitage Hotel GM:
Zemmour said Sean Combs’ guest profile, created in 2006, was later changed to names like Jackie Star, Frank White, and Ryan Lopez. Hotel notes described frequent candle wax and oil damage and required a $1,000 deposit during his stays.

Mylah Morales, former makeup artist:
Morales, who worked for Combs and later Ventura, testified that after a 2010 Grammy weekend incident, Ventura appeared with a swollen eye, busted lip, and head injuries after an altercation with Combs. Morales said she took Ventura in and had a doctor examine her, but Ventura declined to go to the hospital. Morales said she didn’t call police out of fear.
