10 key differences between Apollo and Artemis moon programs

Let's compare NASA's Apollo of the 1960s to Artemis of the 2020s and figure out - which is the better moon program? We'll pit the mighty Saturn V against the SLS, the Lunar Module against Starship HLS, and the mission plans of both moon missions in these 10 differences.

On one hand, this isn't a fair fight because Apollo actually LANDED on the moon and Artemis is still in development. So what we're going to do is focus on capabilities - in other words, what are these two programs actually designed to do, how will they do it, how much will it cost, and what comes next.
