Princess Alice was a living saint. She did so much for this planet and its people. She was terribly treated and still with her faith, she never faltered. Beloved by many, her 'Bubbikins', Prince Philip treated her like an outcast due to his lack of knowledge of her real story and truth. That changed after she came to live at the palace and it was made clear what a true asset she was to the Royal Family and their image.
A series on princess Alice would be amazing! Such an interesting life!
Love the Queen just making that happen.
I spent a summer in therapy with my own father who has his own mental health issues and now that my father and mother are both gone I'm so thankful I did that. You can't blame a person if they didn't get the right help when they asked for it. My poor father was allergic to lithium which is like a miracle drug for most people with mental health especially bi polar and he spent his life using alternatives for something that wasn't his fault
I'm happy this didn't happen. Prince Philip walked with his mother, who was dressed in a nun's habit, during part of Elizabeth II's coronation. He didn't hide her; everyone knew who she was, and most shared the Queen's attitude. A little bit eccentric, but who isn't?
Totally understand that she would weep to leave Greece, again!
I show a documentary on her life. She is my hero, she was a saint ti go through what she did and not be bitterand to help people and give what she had and do without. Staying were she could help the most instead of running to safety and thinking about herself.
If it was my mother I would put my personal grievances aside bring her home and try to understand what really happened
Te BEST person of the British Royal Family, no doubt. A truly Saint, Alice of Battemberg.
Her Royal Highness was a good, kind and decent woman. She was a Saint and her works as a Sister bear this out. HRH was frankly a ** to his mother and it only was at the end of her life that he finally realize just how badly he had treated her.
Just shows how the royal family can be cold and they need to live in the real world.
She’s still royalty after all
