Looting the oil rig monument in rust is without a doubt one of the most profitable ways of obtaining high tier loot. But as a solo, it’s practically impossible to take everything with you, usually leaving behind leftovers that you otherwise would’ve loved to have. So for this wipe, I decided why leave loot behind, when instead, I can build a hidden base right under everyone’s nose on the ocean floor.
Using a rarely utilized technique that I actually pioneered more than a year ago. We would be building a completely submerged base underneath the oil rig.
