300 g Sirloin Steak (you can use any beef steak you like for example flank steak)
Marinade with:
1 Tbsp. Light Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Dark Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce
1/2 Tsp. Baking Soda
1 1/2 Tbsp. Corn Starch
1 Tbsp. Peanut Oil
1 Tsp. Toasted Sesame Oil
Vegetables and Aromatics:
1/2 White Onion
1/4 to 1/2 Cabbage
Sauce:
1 Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Light Soy Sauce
40 ml Chicken Broth or Water

Recipe Ingredients for 2 person:
250 g Chicken Breast (chicken thights if you like)
Marinade with:
1 Tsp. White Pepper
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Egg White
1 Tbsp. Corn Starch
1 Tbsp. Peanut or Cooking Oil
Noodle Sauce:
1 Tbsp. Light Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Dark Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce
1 Tsp. Brown Sugar
1 Tsp. Rice Vinegar
1 Tsp. Corn Starch
1 Tsp. White Pepper
1 Tsp. Toasted Sesame Oil
1 Tbsp. Peanut or Cooking Oil
Noodles:
125 g Dry Egg Noodles or 250 g fresh uncooked Egg Noodles.(prepare according to package instructions)
Cook in Salted Water
Vegetables and Aromatics:
3 Spring Onions
2 Cloves Garlic
1/2 Cabbage
100 g Bean Sprouts

250g Beef Flank Steak (you can use any beef steak you like) cut against the grain
1 Small Broccoli cut in Florets
1/4 Large White Onion
2 Cloves Garlic
Marinade with:
1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Dark Soy Sauce
1/4 Tbsp. Baking Soda
1 Tbsp. Corn Starch
1 Tbsp. Chicken Broth
1 Tbsp. Peanut Oil
Sauce:
1 Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
1/2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce
1 Tbsp. Corn Starch with Water
2 Tbsp.Chicken Broth or Rice Wine (I used chicken broth and it tastes very delicious)
