Abstract Acrylic Painting #24: THE ART OF LETTING GO! Having fun!

Hi All,

Welcome back to another video!

How did this painting come about?
I was a bit stuck in my head, I had no inspiration. It doesn't help to see other artists on social media, because then I'm going to compare myself to them way too much. I tend to get insecure about my work and the the fun of painting is totally gone.

So I just dived into my paintcupboard and grabbed some pots of paint and put on some music. By the way, I have never used such colors combined and I must say that I was so cheerful and carefree while painting. And now that the painting is finished, it hangs in my livingroom and everytime I look at it, I get a smile on my face!

So this is a reminder for me, to let go of all my insecurities and to keep of social media hahaha :)
