@mickodillon1480

Criticising Amorin for this shows what kind of person you are. Fair play to him from a Chelsea fan.

@KeithRowley418

Amorim displayed real leadership by his action. This lfc fan salutes him - respect.

@jonbusby66

Love the fact that SJ moans about Amorim doing this for attention or an agenda. SJ’s whole broadcasting career is built around saying things to get attention. I used to enjoy his insights but these days he is just a joy destroyer.

@mlandvojohnshongwe4072

No sane person can despise what Amorin did for those staff members. Simon is nutts!!!

@clintharper5509

A good deed should never be criticised, it says more about the critics than it does about anything else.

@slackjoelyokel88

Talksports really scraping the barrel to pay for their new tiny studio 😂

@AlexeiRamotar

Jordan siding with billionaire owners who'd have thunk it.

@DaninhoXk

Simon saying Amorim is the only person that couldve put this story out is hilarious, literally any member of the United staff couldve told a journalist the story.

@KDL16

Absolutely no way can you criticise someone for paying for people attend out of his own pocket. Simon Jordan hates managers, it’s always clear, he’s a former owner and therefore sides with ownership.

@vjaska

Not a Utd fan but what it shows Ratcliffe's true colours whilst also showing that Amorim has good values installed in him, fair play to the manager. Also fair play to Spurs for doing it who I don't like but good on them for not doing a Ratcliffe

@sh4h221

I need to know what Simon uses to buff and polish his nose, I need it for my car

@louisadu-amoah1504

Good to put Jim White in his place. Wanted to make a story out of this

@whoknew2273

Apparently Amorim was out to the early hours of the night trying to fix the roof 🤣

@MrBobsmith34

The thing I think people miss is football clubs generally underpay non paying staff. So if your a qualified accountant and you work for Manchester United you probably earn £10 grand a year less than the accountant who works for a regular firm nearby. Traditionally, 'perks' free tickets and the like are a way of compensating for relatively low pay. If you take these away you need paying the going rate for jobs

@BobWillem

Spurs isn't making a math based business decision, they are making a culture-driven (business) decision... and a smart one at it. It sends a strong message: top performance is what the club should be about.

@chesrayapollis7205

And one more thing? PSG owner paid for every single staff member as well as travel. All 600 staff member, meaning those that arent suppose to be there.

@mackeruk

its up to Amorim to buy whatever tickets he wants lol geez

@n7manu

Let's talk about Man United for a change today!

@robazz77

A memo arrived for Simon Jordan at his desk with 'Glazers' on it and it says: "Good boy".

@derryhorgan

Both Danny and Simon say this isn't a story it's what everyone else does but Jim keeps persisting in it
