In 2021, NHK commemorated the 10th anniversary of the 2011 mega-earthquake and tsunami with a story for future generations using footage shot at the time.
We sincerely thank all those who provided these images as a record of what happened during the disaster.
この番組は東日本大震災の経験を世界の人々と共有し、次の世代へ伝えていくために、国際放送NHKワールド JAPANの特集として2021年に制作した番組です。当時被災地にいた多くの方々が撮影した映像が含まれています。番組制作にあたり、この未曽有の災害の貴重な記録として世界へ発信することにご賛同いただきました。
