Matt takes us through the new features of Denon DJ's latest and greatest player, the SC5000M. With its motorised platter giving a real 7" vinyl feel, it's an exciting addition to Denon DJ's flagship family.
We also get an overview highlighting the key features of their Engine Prime software, integrated with the SC5000M.

Denon has brought the vinyl feeling back with the Denon SC5000M Prime, their latest professional media player. With a real 7" vinyl platter this deck really feels like a turntable and with the 7" size it conjures up memories of playing the old 45 vinyl singles like the very first DJ's used to do. Added to this realistic vinyl feel is a whole host of new and updated features, such as dual layer which enables you to control 2 decks with just one of the Denon DJ SC5000M Prime media players, so if you get these as a pair you'll be able to control 4 decks of sound!

Excellent demo! Definitely torn between the SC5000 and the M version. I prefer a 10" vinyl jogwheel (large hands) but I like the motorized platter nonetheless.
Nice presentation Matthew!
Are these capable of key shifting, like in the same way you can shift the key of a track in sdjpro?
i wish denon will make a controller like the sc5000m features with 7in vinyl platters
This is dope, hey Numark please update the V7
Two thinks next gen. 9inch platter will be perfect for scratching and secondly see two tracks on one layer and ofcourse the display should show a track without funny bazel on thr left side of the display
hi, is that mean for a home setting, I can buy only one player and 1 mixer ?
O problema é comprar e isso dar defeito rsrs
Bueller, Bueller? Pioneer, Pioneer?
Please make a 9" version. 7" is too small. Also why does switching the motor off stop the platter from spinning? there's supposed to be a wind down like a Technics! power off/ wind down is great for certain scratch tricks but if the platter just stops you might as well just use the stop button.
I will never buy another Denon product...After buying the 3700 & 3900...once the CD player goes out & serato discontinued scratch live.... The denon product is useless...... $2000 for some junk!!!!
Isn't if funny.... 7" vinyl they just can't leave the past can they..... lol.😅
